Brass Frame Sieve 100,200,300 and 450 mm DIA.

We offering you the brassFrame sieves with standard screen size  100,200,300 and 450 mm. These brass testing are serialized and come with a test sieve certificate of compliance. Equivalent to ASTM E11-09 compliance sieve. The advantage of these brass sieves brush is of impeccable quality. Multiple points of inspection are built into the manufacturing. The measurement system for the wire cloth is traceable to NIST standards and each sieve is labeled for traceability. The die-formed frame assures a proper fit. Superior quality and performance, guaranteed that the American society for testing materials specifications are always met. Serialized to meet the highest grade quality assurance systems for traceability of measurement devices. The serial number is etched on each sieve, and contained in a bar-coded label.

Tracing vital information such as when sieve was manufactured and which lot of wire cloth was used to manufacture each sieve. Comes with a certificate of compliance applicable to ASTM E 11 specifications bearing the serial number of your sieve and the ship date. Permeability Apparatus Falling and Constant Head Permeability

Civil Lab Equipment Manufacturers Permeability Apparatus (Falling & Constant Head Permeability) is manufactured as per the defined IS 2720 (PART XVII) 1966 standards of the industry. It is basically used to test the permeability of the granular soils. The specimen is formed in the permeability cell which is connected to the three manometer tubes that are mounted on the panel with a meter scale and then water is passed through this permeability cell. The variation of water level shown by the reduction of the head is noted. Falling head technique is used to test the silts and clays. The water flow rate with which it falls in the tube is monitored for the specimen.

Specifications:

The Permeability Apparatus (Falling and Constant HeadPermeability) from the Civil Lab Equipment Manufacture Laboratories consists of the following:
·         Comes with three glass tubes for the constant bore, meter scale, and the connecting tube for cell pressure which takes the cell pressure points, which are mounted on the free-standing panel.
·         It is manufactured with the transparent plastic which comes with an attachment that can be used for wall mounting.
·         The outlet, inlet, and overflow pipes are well fitted with the tank base, whose height can be adjusted as per the need.
